FAQ · Concrete Contractor Prescott & Prescott Valley

Concrete questions, answered.

How much does a concrete driveway cost?

For residential concrete in Prescott and Prescott Valley, most driveway replacement projects fall between $8 and $14 per square foot installed. Price depends on square footage, slab thickness, sub-base prep, reinforcement (rebar vs. wire mesh), tear-out of existing concrete, and finish — broom, smooth, exposed aggregate, or stamped concrete. As a licensed concrete contractor in Prescott, we give free written estimates with a clear scope so there are no surprises.

Do you remove old concrete?

Yes. Driveway replacement, patio tear-outs, cracked sidewalks, and failed slabs are a routine part of what we do. We handle demo, haul-off, sub-base repair, and the new pour with one accountable crew — no juggling a demo contractor and a concrete contractor separately.

Do you offer stamped concrete?

Yes — stamped concrete and decorative concrete are one of our specialties. Flagstone, slate, ashlar, cobblestone, and wood-plank patterns, combined with integral color or acid stains and sealed for UV and freeze-thaw. Stamped concrete works especially well on patios, pool decks, front walkways, and entry approaches.

How long before I can drive on new concrete?

Concrete cures enough to walk on in 24–48 hours. For vehicles, we ask you to wait a full 7 days before parking on a new driveway or slab, and 10–14 days before heavier loads (RVs, work trucks, trailers). Full design strength takes about 28 days, but normal use at day 7 is fine on a properly poured slab.

What areas do you service?

We're a concrete contractor in Prescott and a concrete contractor in Prescott Valley, and we serve all of Yavapai County — including Chino Valley, Paulden, Dewey-Humboldt, and the surrounding communities. We handle residential concrete and commercial concrete: driveway replacement, concrete patios, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, sidewalk contractor work, RV and equipment pads, and concrete repair.
