Three ways homeowners fund a project
We're a licensed contractor (ROC #366257) — not a lender. That means we work with whichever financing option makes sense for your budget without pushing you toward a specific product.
In-house payment schedule
For most projects we structure payments in 3 stages: a small deposit at contract signing, a progress payment mid-project, and the balance at final walk-through. No interest, no financing charges — you just pay as we go.
Home improvement loans
For larger renovations (full kitchen remodels, whole-home concrete replacement), we can point you to reputable lenders offering unsecured home improvement loans with fixed rates and terms from 3–15 years. You apply directly with the lender — we're not paid a referral fee.
HELOC & cash-out refinance
Home equity lines of credit typically offer the lowest rates for large projects because they're secured by your home. We work with your lender's timeline and provide the detailed estimate documents most banks require. Talk to your mortgage broker or credit union.
