Warranty

Workmanship you can count on — in writing.

Every Anchor Collective project ships with a written workmanship warranty and full manufacturer coverage. Here's exactly what's covered, and for how long.

Concrete workmanship — 2 years

We warrant our concrete flatwork against structural failure caused by improper installation for 2 years from the date of pour. This includes settlement beyond industry tolerance, spalling caused by poor finishing, and separation at control joints.

Remodeling workmanship — 5 years

Kitchen and bathroom remodels carry a 5-year workmanship warranty covering cabinet installation, tile setting, waterproofing, trim carpentry, and finish quality. Product warranties (cabinets, fixtures, appliances, tile) are passed through from the manufacturer.

Solar detach & reset — 1 year system integrity

When we detach and reset your solar array for a re-roof, we warrant the mounting, flashing, and electrical reconnection for 1 year. Panel performance and inverter coverage remain with the original solar installer/manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties

Every product installed on your project carries the manufacturer's warranty — cabinets (typically 5–25 years), tile (lifetime on most porcelain), plumbing fixtures (5–25 years), and roofing tie-in materials. We hand over the paperwork at project close.

What's covered

  • Structural failure of concrete beyond industry tolerance (ACI 302)
  • Cabinet, countertop, and tile installation defects
  • Leaks caused by our waterproofing or plumbing work
  • Electrical work performed by our licensed subcontractors
  • Flashing failures at solar-panel roof penetrations we installed
  • Finish carpentry, paint, and trim workmanship

What's not covered

  • Normal hairline cracking in concrete (expected and structurally insignificant)
  • Damage from acts of God — flooding, hail, freeze events beyond design spec
  • Damage from vehicles exceeding rated slab capacity (e.g., commercial trucks on residential drives)
  • Neglect, chemical exposure, or improper cleaning products
  • Modifications made by other contractors after final walk-through
  • Cosmetic changes in natural stone, wood grain, or hand-troweled finishes
