Six steps. Zero surprises.
Every project at Anchor Collective follows the same disciplined process — so homeowners always know what's next and what it costs.
Clarity from first call to final walk-through
Most contractor complaints come down to communication — vague estimates, missed timelines, decisions made without you. We built our process to prevent every one of those. Here's exactly what happens when you hire Anchor Collective LLC.
- 01
1. Free consultation
We start with a phone call to learn about your project — driveway replacement, solar reset before a re-roof, or a full kitchen remodel. Then we schedule an on-site meeting to measure, discuss finishes, and understand what success looks like for you. No pressure, no gimmicks.
- 02
2. Detailed written estimate
Within 1–3 business days you receive a line-item estimate. Concrete thickness, rebar spec, mix PSI, finish type, drainage plan, and total square footage are all spelled out. Remodel estimates itemize demo, cabinetry, tile, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and finish carpentry. No mystery charges.
- 03
3. Contract & scheduling
You approve the estimate and sign a plain-English contract. We collect a modest deposit, order long-lead materials (cabinets, tile, panels), and lock in firm start and target-completion dates on the calendar.
- 04
4. Permits & site prep
We pull every permit Yavapai County or the City of Prescott / Prescott Valley requires — pours over 4 inches, structural remodels, and electrical or plumbing changes all get inspected. Materials are staged the day before the crew arrives so demo or excavation starts on time.
- 05
5. Build phase
Our licensed, insured crew executes the work. You get a daily text update: what got done, what's next, and any decision needed from you. Job sites are cleaned at end of day. For concrete pours we time around Arizona heat and monsoon; for remodels we protect adjacent rooms with plastic and floor covering.
- 06
6. Final walk-through & warranty
Before we ask for final payment, we walk the finished project together. You point out anything that isn't right — we fix it on the spot. Then we register your workmanship warranty and hand over a project folder with permits, product spec sheets, and warranty cards.
