Roof repair — fixed right, not oversold.
Most leaks aren't a failed roof. We find the actual source, show you photos, and repair what can be repaired.
We find the leak before we quote the fix.
A stain on the ceiling almost never sits directly under the hole. Water travels along decking and rafters before it shows up inside, so guessing at the repair usually means paying twice. We inspect the roof and attic side, photograph what we find, and show you the actual failure point — a cracked boot, a lifted flashing, a valley that was never sealed properly, or underlayment that has finally given out. Then we tell you plainly whether a repair will hold for years or whether you're patching a roof that needs replacement. We repair asphalt shingle, concrete and clay tile, TPO, PVC, spray foam, and coated flat roofs. If the roof has solar on it, we handle the panel detach and reset ourselves so there's one accountable crew.

Common questions
How fast can you look at a roof leak?
Active leaks get priority scheduling — usually within a few days, and sooner during monsoon season when we can safely get on the roof.
Is a roof repair worth it on an older roof?
If the roof has most of its service life left, yes. If underlayment is failing across the whole roof, repairs become a treadmill — we'll tell you that instead of selling patch after patch.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We document damage with photos and a written scope you can submit to your carrier, and we'll walk the roof with an adjuster when needed.
